most of my winter driving will consist of 30 minute trips to school at 7 am and back at 3.. and trips to work. so i wont be doing ALOT of endurance driving.
this has gotten me thinking. So i took the top of my heater and was shocked to find that the actual core is tiny compared to all the space inside the heater itself. could it be possible to put a larger core in it?
nope not hydro lock.. i finally got it started. and it has ran for 30 minutes with no problem...
i was jut worried because i had juice in both batteries and when id hit the starter all i would get was a THUNK of the solenoid engaging.. engine wouldn’t turn over....so that’s why i was afraid...

Ok.. Hyphetical question :blush: lets say that your engine is hydro locked... what the best way to clear it? pull all the injectors and crank it over? or something simpler that im missing..
most of the time I use the quick connect under the glove box.. in winter i use the gladhand so i can keep what little heat the heater produces inside the cab..
the spring on my fuel shutoff in the pump is weak.. so my cable stays out.. and it takes a few cranks to start mine... for some reason fuel drains back from the pump back to the tank.. why i have no idea... just takes a few seconds longer to start.. im not worried..
