To answer the last question...... a M328 is a Bridge Truck. To be more specific, my truck, the "bridge truck stake transport" is a M328A1. It's basically a very large 5-ton with a very heavy duty flatbed with removable stake sides, and it's a gasser R6602.

It should free up after penetrating oil and the grooves being spread apart. I had the same problem not long ago....
