    How hard is it to do turbo seals ? It may have run out of fuel. It sounded pretty horrible but it was also loading up with fuel and no air.

    Stupid question but ow can I check to make sure the transfer case is not in neutral ? The lever is all the way down forward.

    I'm in for the night. I'll try that tommorow and report back but yes, that looks like where most of the oil came from. Also alot at the turbo mating flange to the intake manifold.

    Well..It did not go well. First my advice to others...Buying a cheap non running truck...never works out to be cheap. If you can't hear it run, it's worth no more than what you could scrap it for. That sid The PO lied to me and did not tell em the clutch was smoked as well, So you guessed...

    It looks right...pray for me, I'm gonna fire it up. Yeah runaway is no fun. Have experinced that a few times over the years with old 2 stroke Detroit's.

    Also any reason I can't start it without the retaining screws safety wired ? I just wanna make sure it runs and won't requie another dis-assembly. Then I'll pop the cover off and wire the screws up. I have to get some wire. I don't have any.

    Ok I see I was missing the clevis. I put a C clip on it for now as I have no idea where to get a clevis but if you look at the cover, It seems like maybe something is missing in there ? I don't see how that actuates the shutdown lever ??
