IP problem with my new Deuce...need advice

Thanks warthog. I have one on the way from a fellow member. Now for the 50$ question...according to the TM there are 3 different ones. ONe is tabbed and obvious but the other two are near identical except one is clocked 87 deg from the horizontal plane and the other is clocked 90 deg from the...

IP problem with my new Deuce...need advice

That is exactly what think. If you look in the TM is shows a tabbed washer under the nut that holds the arm . The TM is very specific about that. Mine does not. I believe the idiot took the arm off and put it back on wrong. The problem is now I have no reference of where to clock it as the TM...

OK Warthog, first off thank you..That was exactly what I needed. I read it but now have a question. I posted pics of the side of the HH with the fuel rod out. Now they are low res because of the forum file size limit but I have the hi res original. I blew it up on my PC and I can see in the...

IP problem with my new Deuce...need advice

He did not return text or phone calls. He obviously knew he was sticking it to me so at this point I'm on my own. I have been waiting for an excuse to buy a handheld camera probe. This would be a perfect use.

Thanks for the link to the proper manual. I have downloaded 10 TM's so far from the site and none have helped. Most just troubleshooting basics. I cant view it on my phone but will read it when I get home.

I think I will pull the fender so I can see better what you are saying. The fender needs some work anyway.

Oh yeah I will replace the clutch once I determine the engine is viable. I just want to get it to grab better so I can stall the motor for right now.

IP problem with my new Deuce...need advice

That may be next. I had alot of time and a sleepless night to think about it. Spoke to a friend of mine who owns a heavy truck shop in NY. He said the old macks had the same pump and the fuel meter block maybe stuck and I am misaligned with the t pin. He thinks the same I do fhat all the oil...

I disconnected the cable from the cover so it was not pulled. IN other words I did not even have the cable connected to the cover assmbly.

IP problem with my new Deuce...need advice

No because he said I can get one off ebay for 5$ but I think he meant the clevis, or who knows maybe he was just lying. He lied about the clutch.
