I scanned through the manual but I couldn't find any kind of range for it....the 003 tells you the adjustable voltage range of the rheostat in the manual, so you know if you're not getting the voltage you need to start looking for the problem.

I know this is a totally different state reference, but maybe a similar trick might work for you... In PA, all title work had to go through Harrisburg (State Capitol), when I used to need title work done, or anything needing to go through the capitol, I would take everything to my local state...

Those kind of "junk yard" dealers need to step back and look at this from another angle. This hobby is just like any other hobby. Something is only valuable if someone else wants it bad enough!!! Considering the amount of time and money it would take to get any of those pieces back in good...
