Saw This on a Diesel Heater Forum

So if you added remote unlatching, you could even use this to shake off pursuing vehicles. Genius!

Saw This on a Diesel Heater Forum

Wow, the base frame is made from impact-resistant super strong steel while the shock-absorbent hangers allow flex in case of ground contact. The tank body is a tough polymer that resists rock chips. And we all know that impacts happen at the bumper and not underneath the truck. Should, against...

Bought an M35A2, with a unique addition

The other nice thing about having crane hydraulics set up....it is so easy to simply put a changeover valve into the hydraulic line to power the dump bed instead of the crane....you know....the dump bed kit that you are going to install..... ;-)

Bought an M35A2, with a unique addition

If it runs as well as it looks you have indeed made a ton of progress! It looks sharp. Can't wait to see it with the crane. I bet, as soon as you have the puppy mounted, the truck will see non-stop service around the property.

Can’t hear Fuel Pump but still starts

It is also possible to fit a generic non-immersion lift pump outside of the tank. Some members have done that. Sent from my SM-G991W using Tapatalk

    Newbie Help

I appreciate the insightful answers and start to feel like a grumpy curmudgeon. I would not put any effort into getting something running or working BEFORE I buy it. Once, I worked a day and a half on a vehicle I wanted to buy, got it running and driving and then the seller "changed his mind"...

    Newbie Help

If I can't hear the engine start and run, I'd only offer what I'd pay for a non-running truck. Reason is, I am assuming all the risk in this transaction. That offer would be half of what the asking price is. Sent from my SM-G991W using Tapatalk

    Wiper arm upgrade

@pmcs I did a quick check of interchanging part numbers and perhaps that helps in your quest. The links may not work but it gives your parts guy stuff to look up! Part Interchanges CARQUEST 551-062 TRICO 51-062 TRICO 81440-9X TRICO 82622-1TM TRICO 82622-1X TRICO 82623-1TM TRICO 82623-1XC...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

The horn wire should exit the column through a conical rubber plug (that likely disintegrated or was "weight saved" and omitted by Soldier B). Without it, the wire chafes at the edge of the column.

    Changing tires from 9.00-20 39.5" to 12R 20 44" singles

Grey/black is actually a good looking colour scheme for the truck. I do not want to be that guy in oncoming traffic that gets "reminded" by two landing lights to lower his high beams! That is totally what I would do with them!

What did you do to your deuce this week?

@Dipstick I dig the flatbed and my issues would be - can't let that super nice wood become wet in the rain - can't let that super nice wood get scratched by things placed on top of it ! Maybe a gym bag or a soft sided suitcase!

What did you do to your deuce this week?

If you could shoot a video of when she is digging through the snow.....that would be great! :-)

    M35A2 on "Diesel Creek" YouTube

I have a Kenworth single axle cabover and would love a M172 to go with it!

    Where’s the gasket?!

If you find your "tiny stack", smoky NA Deuce is now "racing along", I shudder to think what it had been like before the timing change! ;-)

    Spoon’s build thread

While she looks a little unkempt now, pressure washing that white coat will do wonders and the sheet metal is not all bent to hell, either. I think she will be quite pretty!

    Steyr four-door crew cab LMTV...

The cab jack cylinders that are stock for the extended cab are beefy and specced for that weight of a heavier cab. No issue there. They are not the same as the ones for the day cab and have a rear mounting point further back. Also, hand pump only. Free gym time.

    M35A2 on "Diesel Creek" YouTube

Matt is a decent guy and also a decent mechanic/heavy equipment operator. He repairs and revives old trucks and equipment for his YouTube channel "Diesel Creek". He just bought an M35A2 and, contrary to other vidiots out there, does not drive the snot out of it, jumping it over tree stumps...

    Steyr four-door crew cab LMTV...

No, I do not..maybe Google does.... The rear door has a step at the bottom that rotates out when you open the door and the seats are facing forward; either a bench or individual seats. Grab bar separates front and back half of cab. Usually (open) compartments behind rear seat/bench backrest and...
