Maybe issue with the alternator itself. Maybe follow the niehoff troubleshooting guide. It will have you take some measurements on the alt. See what the results are.
You can bypass the polarity box. It is there to protect against the batteries being installed backwards. You can check the ground from the frame to cab its behind the grill on the passenger side. Check the alternator to regulator connection. Have seen corrosion there before. Is there anything...
24v green with 14v red light is usually an over charge indicator. Could be a number of things. I would start by cleaning every contact and ground on the alt and on the batts. Take a look at the polarity box under the spare tire. Its only there to prevent reverse polarity and you get about 1/3 of...
I would try uship. Or start calling around heavy wrecker companies in your area or the area where the truck is. Even the 4x4 is around 16k lbs so you need someone familiar with heavy trucks. It can be towed with a heavy wrecker just have to pull the driveshaft on the axle that’s on the ground.

They all have notches at the end. Dosnt take much to pop them free with a big screwdriver. You can take off the shock absorber to get to the front cans. I don’t think you need to though. I have freed up many stuck pads with my method.
One of the GP reps I just spoke to, that covers multiple smaller sites, told me his per site days were recently cut down to less. Presumably to save GP money. GP is good at selling the rolling stock. They give the gov the majority of the profit though. And a big operation like that has big...
