Just getting pissed.
My M1031 bench fits me fine. A little tight but completely usable.
I get a 1009, and I feel like I'm in a jeep, with the steering wheel in my ***** and my head hitting the ceiling... what the **** is going on here?
I pulled seats out of an S10 since they looked a little...
I installed a battery switch... heavy duty
I also had these handles/lock protectors welded to the door/body, allowing me to use a beefy cylinder lock.

Sold it... Waiting for the lowboy to get here..... again.... First one came and it was overheight because the broker lied to the trucker and told him it was 11'0" instead of 11'6"... Compound that with a deck height of 3'7" instead of 3'2" and letting the air out of the tires wasn't gonna get it...
I have not. I know by cashing the check I'm accepting their offer. I told both insurance Co. that it's not acceptable and to come up with something better.
Both of them issued a check AGAINST my explicit instructions..... I have not signed or agreed to anything
Body damage, bumper, brush guard, headlight trim bezel, and quarter panel, in addition to the other stuff.
Yes to all the above
.. it overheated on the highway... I have another issue because the low coolant light and overheat light don't work.... they did before the accident...
Yes but it...
sigh.
So, I picked up an M1031 about 4 yrs ago...Bought it with 19k, now have about 47k on it.... haven't had any real issues with it... other than the generator being finicky.
When I picked it up, the power steering pump had all but unbolted itself and was held in by the belts, and was...
For a field repair, you should have been able to remove the top cover.... 3 - 5/16 bolts IIRC, and removed the plunger.
You'd get it running, but you'd have to pinch off a fuel line to get it to stop... I keep a pair of vice grip locking pliers specifically designed to pinch off lines without...
84 M934A0 (haha).. std Mt654cr.. from transmission to cooler..
I checked TMs, and I'm not finding info. so far it's 72" overall, 75 PSI operating ,max burst 3000PSI..
I found P/N 12277179 NSN 4720-01-115-2274, but it seems to be for the hose itself.
I have someone that's gonna make the hose...
'My portable doesn't work'
*hands radio with antenna cut off*
What happened?
'The antenna was too long and kept poking me in the armpit, so I cut it like the old ones'
(They had recently replaced VHF stubby 'dummy loads' with wideband 1/4 wave)
nice.
being the 'radio guy' had its perks.. heh.
let one little thing go wrong and it goes from 'why can't you do this? ' to 'what can we do to help you?'
oh the stories I could tell... like one officer came in 'radio will rx but not tx'... I go out there and he had taken off his VHF 5/8...
He also has a fmtv tractor, but I heard those engines are crap, and being 6'2" and 450lbs...I don't think I can fit in one.. hahah... but yes... on the pic you posted..
I'm concerned about long term reliability and mileage.. would the A2 actually get 10 MPG @ 55 on highway? which is the more...
So, I bought a 934 with the NHC250.. Loved it.
. no major issues... Sure it's a bit slow with 1100s but the duals add a ton of stability....
Now, I had an on the job injury, fighting for disability, and am homeless living in the 934, and tow barring my M1031... it's funny how life works out...
