So I figure the steering box is pouring gear oil out the shaft seal, the injection pump is leaking or the air compressor is leaking oil somewhere. I would soak the entire front end with degreaser, clean it and drive it a little and see if you can more clearly diagnose the source.

I run regular gas in mine. Like NDT said, modern (ethanol) as doesn't like to sit for long periods, so if you aren't driving the vehicle regularly, do something about it.
