You have the same master cylinder as my 1988 deuce has. The seals are all readily available from any "O" ring supplier that sells "Viton" and "silicone" seals. "Peashooter" (Aaron) has a great write-up on this on his "brake" information post.

That pretty much matches up with what I've been reading. Though the reports I've read say 2000 PPM is the max for ZDDP for a well broken in engine. Now if your breaking in a "rebuilt" engine they say to use up to 5000 PPM for the first 2000 miles. Cam and tappet wear is the biggest issue.
I would stay with just the two bottles even for the conventional oil. Both have about the same amount of ZDDP in their oil so two 4oz bottles is fine. Since I wrote that I have found you can over do it on the ZDDP additive. So stick to the two bottles.
Wasn't that steering column bracket made by "Peashooter" (Aaron) ? I'm pretty sure it was. I remember buying it from him I'm sure. That was a few years ago now, but I'm still pretty sure it was "Peashooter" .
I bought some "Hewitt" gauges for mine. At least I think they are Hewitt !

It can be fun to just let go and destroy an engine you know is toast ! I still remember doing that to a Dodge 318cid . It never blew up, just sadly slowed down and then froze together. Never to turn over again.

I know you are getting fuel to the injection pump, but have you "measured" the actual fuel output ? Basically are you flowing enough fuel ? Have you taken off the fuel line from the fuel filter to the injection pump and seen how much fuel comes out ? At this point I'm just throwing out ideas and...
I can honestly say I have never heard of any one swapping out an engine because they were bored !

I second the motion for the part numbers and where you bought them from ! Looks so much brighter ! That's what I need here in the gloomy winters months. Much better to be seen then crashed into !

I've done that on many of my hinges, but I usually use a stainless steel bolt. Then I know it won't be rusting anymore. I really hate rust !
I forgot to add, install the bolt with "anti-seize" .
