That is a slave port. A military connector would bolt in there and have 2 cables going to ground and power. This is where the vehicle would be jump started.
If you look on ebay for military slave cables and ports, you'll see what they look like.

I'd also like to know if that end exists anywhere. I've only seen it on brake light switches and fuel pumps, where it's made on to the item, not just part of a harness.
1. Buy what you want (winch, dropside, etc.).
2. Buy the best truck you can afford and if you can't afford it, wait.
3. Read every thread in the deuce forum before asking questions. By reading the TM's, you're ahead of 90% of folks.
I would have expected a one of a kind piece like that to go for a lot more, but since there are so few of them, there's no way to judge their value.
Also, it doesn't have the "WWII pedigree" that a 353DUKW has.
