I sure cannot find " G/P ground" on that page, NO WHERE does it say G/P GROUND or show it, I have looked and looked ???
F1 shows the two ground straps but not stating it is the G/P GROUND,
F7 That ground shown up near the top is NOT the G/P ground, the ground off the intake needs to grounded...
PUT the pushrod in the freezer for a bit, get it good and cold, after a bit take it out, put grease on it, push it up in the hole in a COLD engine, this WILL give you a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time window to work in.

The trouble with these tires is if they have been sitting mounted on the truck FLAT for any length of time, the sidewalls WILL crack ON THE INSIDE, then when aired up will blow out a short time later going down the road, you can not see the cracks if you dismount the tire to look, this is WHY...
The set screw DOES NOT hold the weight, it ONLY holds the cable in the drum, the WARPS on the drum hold the weight, NEVER NEVER NEVER. load the winch up with LESS then THREE wraps on the drum.
