It will run out to 2300, I dont like winding it that fast. Cant go 1600's, it would be too tall for the trailer, already too tall but just biding my time to change out the 1100's on trailer to 11r24.5's. I failed to look at the length on that spicer, 28" of driveshaft and 26" of aux gearbox...

So we went on another run earlier this week, only for a refill and just rough math in my head AMi gets about 4mpg at 55-58 mph. Also 55 is a bit slow going to a fire. She has no problems tanker yanking full to the top of water, so another .81 od behind an aux should get the top speed at 2100rpm...

I remembered the tires in the way, forgot about the lift... back to the ol drawerring board

Just looking at the photo of the batteries again, you might be able to turn that battery box 90* and put the driveshaft hump over the cross member

Freightliner Columbia trucks have the batteries between the frame rails behind the cab/sleeper, might make the battery cable run a bit farther, but they would be out of the way and not in the cab. The only hiccup might be the big ol cross member that might be in the way

So, the air goes thru the solonoid, then thru the body to a metering hole, then in a chamber where the baffle is, the air pressure pushed on the flexible baffle and makes it vibrate as the air pushes past to make the sound. Same thing like a brass instrument, the player pinches his lips together...

trailer weighes 2000lbs, genny weight is 3000ish, fj cruiser is rated at 500lb tounge and 5000 total, so you are maxed out. I would err on the side of caution and say ship it.

Some of the air elbows or T's have small screens in them before they go into major assy's like a spider valve or check valve. Had one that took forever to release the brakes after the button was pushed, had a screen at a spider valve clogged up.

831 doesnt require batteries, or a charging system or a starter to run and produce power, its an inverter style system. Also have not found a original part. I am all for being a purest, but if you cant, then adapt.

Used the gauge on a load test for a little 831a, worked very well. Also installed 2 of these on my RV 7.5KW since my wife spent 1900 smackers on an inverter that was smoked because the genny was shut down with a load still applied *not me for once* ps an 831a will turn 26amps for atleast 10...

It came with 2 motorcycle batteries, but I have a concorde that needs a new home that is good, so I will send the Concorde with the genny.
