There is a chance that could be fixed BUT would cost more then it is worth, I have seen worse fixed in a HAVE TO situation.

That drill rig went cheap compared to a new one of those, 1600 hrs is about the same as new, looks to be 6" minimum hole, more like a 8 " , our last drill at the quarry where I worked in ca. cost very close to 3/4 of a Million $
