Just start working back down the wires.
BUT, If the turn signal works, I am thinking it maybe the turn signal switch on the steering column.
Take it apart and clean it lube it with some dielectric. grease.
I think the stop light runs thought the turn signal switch, but I am not sure...
If you can get one and 1" feet and Pins that would be great, if not that is ok also.
I will still buy you a truck stop meal, LOL!!
Just send me a PM about your timing and about when your ETA will be.
I will pm my Phone to you.
Also if you need any help along the AZ I10 way west of Phoenix feel...
Make sure the transfer case is in Neutral and as you are trying to move the PTO into gear you may have to move the transfer case lever up and down a little.
The M936 Transfer cases were used a lot and are not as tight as on other trucks.
Carnac, I live just off I10 at exit 103 or 94 in Tonopah, AZ. I will buy you breakfeast or Lunch or dinner if you want to take a break.
It is just a truck stop.
Also if you need some help along the way.
I maybe interested in a Towbar with 1" feet and pins. Do I need to talk to Jesusgatos.
Thanks!
Some of the trucks came with a wet kit, that had the controls in side, the reservoir, PTO and pump and the valve under the truck. Would be easy for you to install a winch. Some USMC trucks they removed the winches, not sure why, maybe to load them better on the ships?????
I have a very nice 1983 M934 for sale in AZ. It came from the NV NG and has been rebuilt, has AC in the cab with air ride seats.
It is in great shape. All things work.
Here is the link to when I picked it up...
