That would BE STRANGE if both front brakes are to tight, I would guess that either the front abs, the proportioning valve, or the front release valve is sticking, ALL three control the front brakes.

The lock up is electrical controlled, since things worked FINE before you messed with the wiring, I would start there, maybe a loose wire, a shorted wire, WRONG wiring.
So if someone never learned to type, they do not need to worry about the double space thing as it was a old rule for typing class that I passed not because I could type but could I could fix royal typewriters.
