    Turn Signal Issue

Sounds like the latest thing is a bad ground on the flasher, at least that's what I'd check first. Remember, it's mounted on the fender and the other side of the bolts are in the wheel well. Could be them, or one of the bolts holding the fender on the frame that has a little bit of rust...

    1941 K18-C GMC Recovered today

Both BD-71's were made under a Philadelphia-43 contract, by the same company "Leich Electric Company". One of them came complete with a photocopy of the Dutch translation of the operator's manual.

Health Inspector will probably have a fit over the water bags if you try to use them, even as a wash station of sorts.

    M37 fuel tank.........a thought

Ron and Bob put an S-10 tank on Ron's 37. Took them two hours, including the four trips to NAPA for 'just one more part' including some longer straps to hold the tank up.

    Picked up an MKT-85 today

ChiliMac is another simple recipe - 12 pounds elbow macaroni, four #10 cans of chili-no-beans, two 64 oz bottles of ketchup, and shredded cheese for a topping. Boil the macaroni in two pots, six pounds at a time (that much will fit in the collander, more won't), dump drained macaroni into a...

    mkt 90 contents value

There is a sink of sorts under where the cutting board is. The basin there will hold barely five gallons, and there was an arrangement to suspend a five gallon water can over it to provide water. But there's no drain so it gets messy real quick. Plus it's small, which is why I built the...

Registration of trailer in Texas Help

You need to physically have the trailer before you can get a title in any case. And for that you will need to apply for the SF97 after you pick up the trailer - GL will send you the SF-97 or a title, whichever they think your state will accept.

Talk to mwmules (Dave) or aswayze about MKT's since they are a lot closer to you than I am, or just plan on coming to the GA Rally Oct 8-12 in anything that will get you there. We can always use help in the kitchen and you can get some good OJT in MKT Operations.

    Picked up an MKT-85 today

Yes. The MBU's are $3000 each, inverter about the same, so that's $21,000, the pots in the M-59 range are a couple of hundred apiece, the squarehead pan retails for about $350, the stainless can opener retails for over $550. The complete M-59 is over 4 grand with all the utensils, knives, etc...

    Picked up an MKT-85 today

Pictures 1 and 8 are roof canopies, picture 9 is the rain gutter, used when two MKT's are setup back-to-back to keep rain from splashing down on people moving from one trailer to the other. From the color, it looks like the front carry cover in picture 5 is nylon. There is nothing inherently...

    Picked up an MKT-85 today

Looks like you have the BII and in some cases double the BII. You done very good! Only down note that I could see is that your rear carry cover is nylon and has faded badly. The Army went with the vinyl because the nylon, after it fades, gets real stiff, then disintegrates without...
