Ok now I want one of these. When do they start surplusing them? I'd be happy with either the turreted main gun or the TOW set up.

Public VIN is the VIN on the door frame and dash of most commercially sold vehicles. Police VIN is the number hidden on the vehicle that, for the most part, only law enforcement know the location of. That is to help ID stolen vehicles with phony Public VINs.
In TX you can get a VIN inspection...
Well not the thermostat either.
We wound up siphoning the antifreeze back in slowly until we got it above the bottom part (top outlet) of the return hose. Hopefully that will have alleviated any air pockets in the pipe. I'll take it out tomorrow and try getting up to temp to kick on the fan...
Normal is closed. Tried it unplugged and fan worked. Then we pulled the plug, hooked the ohm meter up and stuck it boiling water and it opened up so not this switch. Next suggestion is the thermostat isn't opening fully so leaving an air pocket in the system so we're going to test that.
The one on the coolant line was what Keith_J told me to check. I was going to pull it and test in boiling water like a thermostat but your suggestion sounds much easier :)
I did kind of the opposite at o-dark-30 as the COs driver. We missed the fuel trucks due to another unnecessary BN meeting and were running below E. Back at camp the mechanics said they had 5 gallons in a jerry can and handed it to me out the back of their truck. About half way through the...
Took her out for a spin this afternoon. Temp is about 75° so I wanted to go far enough to get the fan to kick in. Only problem is that the fan never kicked in. Temp gauge hit 210 and kept climbing. Fortunately I was on my way back home so by the time the STOP light came on I was about a...
Ok tentative plans are for Oct 16-22 so we're down to 9 months to get things planned, PMCS done, pack and drive over. Four days wasn't enough for me last year so I'm planning on an entire week this time. I may have the M1082 camper set up done by then but, if not, still planning for an...
Big Bend National Park in Oct for the 2nd Annual LMTV get together. It's only 9 hours farther than from San Antonio so should be doable. RAJ LMTV, TexAndy, and myself had a blast but it would have been more fun with more trucks. Here's a link to last years trip...
As a trained claims adjuster, in my expert opinion, that vehicle should be considered a total loss. However, if the owner would like to retain the salvage an appropriate amount can be deducted from his settlement check.
The air dam looks like crap and it appears that you have to drop the bumper to change the headlights or at least grind off the welds on the "guards" they put on.
We'll see. I'm scheduled to go in for my second round of Lemtrada (MS chemo crap) Apr 2. My dr may nix me being in public that close to wiping out my immune system.
