We run the un-oxygenated stuff in our M3A1 halftrack and M5A1 Stuart at the museum. Already went though a set of fuel pumps in the Stuart last year. Check your oil to make sure some gas didn't leak in there.
Assuming those are for your A3 deuce. How much does each one weigh and assuming they will fit on the rears/front w/out interference? If so, not a bad price considering what HEMMT rims go for.
Not trying to sound like a smart butt here but if you're removing such a little amount of weight off the trailer empty and the truck can hardly handle it don't you think the truck is going to have issues with it loaded?
I saw some M35A2's in Oskaloosa a couple of months back with one of them being bobbed. Don't know if they guy did it himself although it looked like it as he had another one torn down. Also do not know if he is on SS. Best bet might be shedhunter as of now.
Last crushing show from the FSMM that was held on July 16th, 2011. As I said in another thread the museum is being closed so this is the last time this equipment will be operating. I am driving by the way. Enjoy
Might check to see if the fins in the radiator are full of stuff, like cottonwood seeds. Its the time of year where that stuff is airborne and can plug up radiators.
You can put every day driver plates on the truck (yearly fee like whats on your car) and collector plates (pay once for lifetime). Each is different in use/requirements. Parking outside along your garage your city can still tell you it has to leave due to ordanances like what happened to me.
We have a Diamond T M3A1 halftrack but no spare parts for it. All of our parts were bought as needed during the restoration. Flying Cloud isn't that far from Snelling, you might want to check out some of the warbirds that are coming in for the MN Air Guard birthday celebration.
Not a funding issue, hard to be a funding issue when you get no funding in the first place. The only good news is that Papabear will be seeing some of the transferred artifacts.
