Remember those sliders are tinted original glass is'nt, I have very dark tinted sliders it really makes a huge differance in the temp in summer. Scott O&O
I re-checked the IDLE RPM for the 6.2 from the 20 manual its 625 RPM for all except the M1010 thats 725 RPM COLD the fast IDLE Solenoid shpuld be 800 RPM the Civi 6.2's were set at 650 to 700 RPM's prolly because of emmissions there clear as mudd. Scott O&O
I had a 1986 GMC 6.2 Jimmy with a C pump it never gave me any trouble, retired it with close to 400,000 miles on it whats killing the pumps is the low-sulfer fuel a rebuilt pump with new seals and using a good addative should give you years of service. Scott O&O

The timing gears ARE marked and cant change as long as you dont remove the top gear which cant be done with the water pump on, Iam going with tyhe dropped bolt

the emergency brake spring goes on the skid plate, if you have a manual there are pics for every component ya just have to find them it takes some time but having the manuals and not a CD is the only way to go. Scott O&O
