Well, when I did the airpack I also had a soft pedal. I rebuilt the M/C and that took care of it. Not sure if that will work for you as well but I have seen/heard that if the Airpack is in bad shape then usually the M/C is too. Then just recently took off the hubs to inspect the brake...
Curious on more detail on the OP's issue, hasn't posted since the original post. If you can't park in your driveway then I assume you are in a HOA community which I would be cast out of. Now I am in a respectable community just 50 miles north of NYC and keep my property clean and presentable...

I never run straight WMO, I always cut with some gasoline. I have a guy now that services boats that gives me all the bad gas I need to cut my WMO, it goes through the filters much easier and is less stressful on your fuel pump. I'm no expert in this field but that's just my 2cents
I would love to see some bigger trucks in our area, but as emado22 said check out the legality first. Also any town rules you may have. My town has a length limit on commercial vehicles, even though I have mine registered as historical it's good to know what the rules are out there.
