That three way switch can be tricky, make sure you have it on the correct setting. If you have it on BO your lights won't come on.

Easiest and cheapest is to get some regular off road lights and swap out the bulbs for 24v bulbs and wire them as normal. That's what i did with my off road lights and they work great! The LED's are very nice though..

What porkysplace said, do the upgrade on the switch so if it fails again you won't loose your brakes.
