I have this clunk in my truck everytime i let off the gas and get back on it. Its coming from the slop in my rear drive shaft, i can turn the drive shaft clockwise and counterclockwise a couple inches before it stops. anyone have this slop on there rigs,or know what this could be?

Do you think i should fab one on - or would it be ok to run it like it is? Thanks

I noticed that most of the people here said to wait till the high idel shuts off before driving. How come? what would happen if you just started it and drove away with it still at high idel?
