1-2 @ 45 is way to much RPM 2-3 @ 60:shock:
My old 400 was screaming in 3rd gear at 55....witch is the recomended max speed.
I would park it untill you can get it fixed.
There was a guy that welded some DOM tube over the zerks to prevent them from breaking off.
I thought it was a good idea.

Flush both ends with dish soap and water. I also found that a 90* dental pick works good for clean the inside part that sits on top of the nipple

I removed the grease zerk to relieve any pressure build up.
Then I hit the inside corner ( not the straight side but the curved side ) of the king pin with a brass hammer to release the stuck gasket.
Then i took a flat head screw driver and lightly pryed each corner untill it came out.

So your starter is turning but your engine is not??

Assuming that you have the correct one.
Make sure the starter mounting bolts are tight. 33 ft.lbs.
I would remove the access cover and make sure the teeth on the starter are meshing properly with the teeth on the fly-wheel...

JD I have never used this type of turbo so I am of no help.
They do look spendy if you can get one cheap I say why not.
If not I would just go with a turbo off a 6.5... 2cents
After a little more research i have found that it is a one way valve (under pressure).
A diaphragm seal is sucked down from the air intake and opens and closes the valve as needed.
When the engine is shut down , the spring inside the CDR pushes the valve open.
Only finding this out by cutting my...
So oil in the CDR is normal?
I read somewhere on here that if you have oil in the CDR it is because of engine blow by.
I to can blow threw both ends with no resitance , is this normal?
