Ok blown head gasket, and the head is craked between the valves on all cyl's. Have a lead on a 6.5 with a bad bottom end, but good top end. Can 6.5 heads be swaped onto a 6.2 like ya can do with 360 heads on a 318?
RE: Need some help finding a part for a
If its the same as a civ dodge I would check with desert valley auto parts in phex Az. Going off the top of my head I think there web site is DVAP.com. Not cheap but they had the linkage on a BB mopar that I needed.
Update, ran a compression test this morring, #6 cyl about 50lbs lower than all others. Glow plow was oil fouled, all other GP's clean and normal. Went back to GP in # 6 after just cranking was fouled again. So bad head gasket or some thing in the head or does this sound like something in the...
Been using the TM-34, also did a search, but did not find much. When the truck was running it sounded like compression coming back thru the intake. Also alot of blue smoke out of the even cycls. Pulled the intake and vavle covers, all valves moving, push rod and rockers arm look good. When...
First off let me state that I did not preview the truck. From the pics the truck looks great and it is a rust free truck {must have went to the wash rack everyday}. But what burns my butt is right there on the windsheild is the write up from the turn in. Knock in engine, of course that is no...
Rust is more often than not the driving force behind the price. Last week Ft Lwood Mo had three 1008's. They went for 1020, 1200, 1830, not counting the 10% buyers prim. $1020 truck had a ton of rust, 1200 some rust, 1830 looked real clean. Also what part of the country that truck is located...
Well its good to hear that you all are having good luck with them, I didn't fair as well with a set of 4 decka's in a road tractor, only lasted about a year or so. Went back to the lead acid and all is well.
Can't speak of how a M818 will pull it. But they are heavy to pull, had a stack of two trls from CA to Mo with a 500 cat and it would pull me down on the hills. They do pull great, have to watch your turns with the tri axle. Smooth ride even when empty.
RE: sw vmo
Just across the river from st louis on the IL side. Not home often cause I'm an OTR owner op. Moallen was that you I was bidding against on those m101 trl's in jeff city on gsa?
What good ( other than a paper weight) would a SINCGARS radio be good for? I'd have no way to put the fills in it, cause I'm sure it would have been "Z" ed out.
I'd like all the parts that are in the pic's of the truck, to still be on the truck when you pick the truck up. Also to stop using forklifts to move said trucks.
