Carnac. Let me know if you find the parts. PM with a guesstimate of prices you want. Will you have any deuce winches?
Will bring along a Braden 30000 rear mounted winch if any one has any interest. $200. no cable, and some other parts arent there. Works, was on a home built monster...
Wanted :looking for some camo netting. a large woodland hex, or a complete set, hex and diamond.
m 105 trailer, or m 200 rolling chassis, no bed.
m-35a2 antenna sugar scoop, and extensions to mount to bed.
antenna tie down rope with clip
tailgate chain covers
springer seat cushions
m105 side...
could this also be done by stretching m105 frame and using a dual wheel set up. I think the frame rails are 34" apart the same as a deuce. Any opinions?
Thanks, I get all my ideas and inpiration from this web site. Of course there is always lots more to do. I made a step there between the bumper and fender. I saw the idea on here. Then eventually found two old jerry can holders at the junkyard. Some old jerry cans, they are actually water...
Here are before and after shots of my deuce. I have had it a little over a year now. Been tinkering on it for a while, and I am pretty happy with the results. My 2 boys are 5 and 6 years old. We love taking rides together, other than not being able to hear what we say, but usually I can tell...
AWESOME HAul! We had my father in laws Hyundai loaded top to bottom in the hatchback. Had a good time Saturday picking up deals from vendors that didnt want to haul some of there stuff home.
My friend and I are coming. Be there around 9am. Hope to meet some of you folks. There should be some kind of a Steel Soldiers name tag to print out and wear with our screen names, so we can find other members.
Recovery, Quote "There is also a 110 to 24V inverter in the back that could have a use somewhere"
Could this be used in some way to slave a deuce to start, or to charge dead batteries with household 110 electric? More details on this inverter if you have any more knowledge. Thanks
awesome answers. Everyone. Cleared things up alot. The reason I ask btween axle clamps and feet was that they both seem to be about the same price. I didnt know that you would still need the feet for the axle clamp to work. I have only been fortunate enough to see a few tow bars in person...
When flat towing a m35a2 with another m35a2 are axel clamps better, or are the tow bar feet the best method. Also, what is the optimum distance between the trucks when towing with these styles. I ask this as i am in the market for tow bar feet or axle clamps for a tow bar that I am building...
BTW, the closest cheapo rattle can I found so far to match 383 carc green is Italian Olive Satin I think it is Krylon. I do know they have it at Walmart for $3-4 a can also. A few shades off from real 383, but for base coat on underbody and suspension parts it is real close. It looks more...
yes rapco parts 383 brown carc spray cans. I have had good luck matching that paint from rapco with Lowes' Valspar Flat Velvet Brown in rattle cans. I pick up a can or 2 every chance I get to Lowes. It goes pretty far on a 3 color carc colored truck. $3-4 a can so close to color match you...
I thought all M35A2's came with the front leg mounting bracket? Was it an option? Just curious. Most I saw were never on gun ring mounted trucks. And the ones I saw that didnt have them seemed to be missing a piece in the door jam, making it less air tight than they already are.
