    Pre-Oiler

To say your cam failed because of dry starts is a bit of a stretch. It's not a super common failure in the multifuel.

Starter or solenoid - Your opinion please

I'd take it off and have it rebuilt just because. Then you know it's like new.

Oil seal mod. for 3053 input shaft

Got hurt is one way to put it. All things considered Garret is doing well. No need to worry.

    Pre-Oiler

While a prelube system is neat, I honestly doubt anyone drives their duece enough to ever see the benefits. That includes you Jeepsinker lol.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Aron wants to use a hydraulic e brake.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

For a parking brake yes. For an OMG brake no. At least if you were going highway speed and have larger tires.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Eh I'd think 4 rotors at minimum. It's not clamping force that's the problem. It's heat dissipation.

    bad turbo?

There shouldn't be slobber coming out of the exhaust.

    Red's deuce/camper project

P.m gimpyrobb or Floridianson. They may have the parts you need. I would try and pull it to see if it's shaft broke. It's just a small gear pump. Not much to go wrong.

Inspecting bottom end of multi fuel engine.

If there's no knock I wouldn't worry about it.

    bad turbo?

Very possible that the turbo is bad. Pull the exhaust coupling off and inspect further.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Hmm ya a mechanical caliper might be a better option. I'm not really sure what one of those would cost. I think on a deuce you could use the same rotor as a pinion brake. 5 ton I don't know.

    Red's deuce/camper project

You have a plugged line or filter. You should have at least 5 psi at the booster pump.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

If you just want a disk parking brake I would put 2 hydraulic calipers on one disk behind the transfer case and have a hydraulic parking brake. It would be simple and almost fool proof.

    Red's deuce/camper project

How clean is your fuel tank and fuel filters? Also, check and see what pressure your booster pump is putting out. It should produce 70 or 80ish psi. Check your oil level also. If the booster pump seal has failed it will fill the crank case with oil. If it really went to crap then it...

Huh? 9psi is more than enough. I'm thinking you either have hh problems or your injectors need serviceing.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Wouldn't happen to be krypyonite kustums would it?

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Pretty much anyone who builds mud trucks and rock crawlers with 2.5 ton rockwells. Just Google 2.5 ton rockwell pinion brake.

Dual circuit brake using pinion and wheel brakes.

Now that's quite a park brake.
