You have an air leak in the fuel line betwen the filter and PT pump, Or, the oring under the center bolt plate, (small square washer) under the bolt head, is not seated properly. Both conditions will not leak fuel , however will suck air under full throttle applications.
I have seen them before, the kits I had all went on eBay . Google Meyers tool kit for CAt engines. There were a lot of lots of them on GL a couple years ago.
Make sure the batteries have convention lead post, the battery in the advertizement has thearded studs. Major head ache to attach your existing batt. cables.

Pretty easy with two individuals , remove the glove box and the pass. side fastners are exposed.
The drivers side will require an extention to reach the fastners (nuts). 15 min job, hood should off.

Yep, always torque to the complete specification; specs vary, dry, light oil, moly-lube, or anti-seize may be required. Additionally there may be a pre-torque and final torque with a defined time limit between.
