I could take another video????? :cookoo: But I would be afraid of getting my camera sprayed with fuel. Besides..... that would be real messy.:roll: I just don't remember seeing a oring on that shaft. Now i need to look thru my pics and see what i can find.

I pulled that shaft when i was doing the HH obviously the first time. I had no problem removing it without loosing the tiny key.

So how did you do the ring on the accelerator shaft? Is it in the TM's?

I have read the "fix for a leaky fdc" but not the other one. I was lucky that a member told me to have a few 5 gallon buckets around. I thought he was exaggerating. I havent noticed anything in the oil. But i haven't looked to hard either. Now I am trying to find out how to or what to tear...

Thats about how much mine was. I got about 15 gallons +/- a gallon or so. How long was yours leaking before you noticed the damage? what did you do about it? what do you do to look for bearing damage? drop the pan and.....?

Catman, Thanks for explaining that to me. I had no Idea and thats why I never suspected it. Even tho I rebuilt it, i disconnected it just in-case. Besides, if I can get away without needing it in the winter I can use the components to start to make the flame thrower out the stack. :)

No I only replaced the 2 on the HH. I did not know about #3 I will check into it. Thanks for the input. How would you inspect the Booster pump?

It has a new HH on it. The flame heater I rebuilt with new o-rings ( I still don't under stand how the flame heater will leak into the system if you do not engage the switch to pump it) Regardless i will disconnect it at this point. I can check the HH easy enough also. What does the booster...

I still have a problem. Someone mentioned if i have a broken injector this will still happen. Where is the best place to pick up a set of injectors?

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the stock fuel gauge with a non-military one? Besides 24 volts is there any specific important data that needs to be matched up to the sender? My gauge decided to take a long nap today... so i am looking for a new one. ebay had them $50-$60. I didnt know...
