Any good anti freeze designed for diesel engines will suffice. Look for a brand that contains SCA, or purchase a bottle of SCA and add to the mix. Tractor Supply has a decent coolant for diesels.
There's a couple new HEMTT owners among our ranks, both got cargo versions, these kits really complete the rear unit. The staves are steel also. Makes a real sturdy cover assembly.
Dave,
They are HEMTT bows, had them on a covered rear body at Brads place. I also took delivery of a 5 ton that had them installed, they work well on a 5 ton cargo.

That's going to leave a mark. Glad the pilot is OK, no post crash fire. Tail wheel is extended, that indicated the gear handle was selected to "down". Main gear may not have been "down and locked". -Or, the gear handle was selected "down" after all the screeching and banging stopped. I hate...
Don't sweat it, I've had them installed in autos for over ten years. Been working in big trucks for several years w/ zero issues. Dust cap in a smart idea, keep the bugs out.
The lube order is covered under the M939 Tech manuals as listed on this site. Lots of good information there.
You will have more questions, the manuals for these vehicles are all there.

There are rebuild kits out there, better to have a shop go through it. Double check the rest of the truck. All my trucks have certain rattles/chips, squeaks, produced by cowls, hoods, panels, etc. They come and go depending on RPM.
If it only produce the chip when warm, warm up the engine and then disconnect the inlet/exit tubing from the turbo and spin it by hand, you may feel it drag also. Or use a rod to act as a stethoscope and listen.
