They are not bad trucks, pretty cool considering the modifications. The Cat engines run like a watch and its fast enough for my purposes. There is an A3 w/w parked at my place that's for sale. Storing it for a bud.
Way to go, using a meter is batter than using a fire extinguisher. Disconnect and clean up the batteries and leads, charge each battery solo, and load test them. You may only have to replace the bad one, then again it may come back.
Yes, we've pulled many a white tail out w/ the CJ. We also sip the juice after the guns are put up and the sun goes down. No luck this past weekend, saw some small ones.
Try the 24v charger, it may not take very long to put a top charge on them to start the truck. Invite the driver in for a cup of coffee and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Or, if you have two good 12v batteries available, connect them in series and jump from them. May not work if the trucks...

If your truck starts, runs, and checks out, drive it home. Any questionable items or no time to go through, have it delivered. One break down will equal the tow and shipping charges.
