If you search t-case replacement on gamma goat here, a member here went thru the whole process a few years back with pics. If i recall correctley he used rtv in place of the gasket. But cutting out a paper one should be fairly easy.

From what i understand loss of prime if it sits for a long time leads to the type of failure you had, gamagoat1 recomended substituting a quart of the 90w with a quart of Lucas, he said he never had any more loss of prime issues. Its what i plan to use in mine, hope this helps.

Yes wires were disconnected, i am pretty sure it was a good reading on the multimeter i rechecked it several times. I found one online listed as for a mep-003 but by the part number they are the same, will check with Delks as well. Thanks for the help!

Took a good look at all connections on T1, T2 and the vr it all looks good. I finally located the cvt1 from the manual and it doesnt look too good. It has a big crack in it, resistance between c1 and c2 is 0.6.

Its still got the old style landing gear so 67 sounds close enough. It could be 77 as well, i guess it really depends if you state cares about the accuracy, in my state they dont care at all and title all mine as homebuilt because it doesnt show up on their computer program.

I didn't take the tank off, it was really clean inside. You are probably right, pinhole or small crack. Good idea with the fiberglass on the bottom.
