All I can think of is the CTIS valve at the wheel has something amiss with the seat & seal (they are very prone to rust when the air drier has not been maintained)
Take a look at this thread as it shows what I mentioned...
Utah was happy with GP's & GL's "home-brewed" paperwork that was all notorized and all the serials & such matched and that's all I care about as I now have Utah titles for all of my items I purchased either thru GP or GL.
There are multiple ways to accomplish what you are asking, From very simple and not really that great for the batteries or still simple to do and much better for the batteries but it does cost more.
Hints... Hook up the 12v power wires to the "individual battery" that has the chassis ground...
Air will not be released from the wheels unless there is approximately 15psi being supplied to the valves (air pressure Opens the valves)
Do you have the Spicer CTIS troubleshooting guide?
Alexsha, Have you double checked that you do NOT have a valve core in the end of the turret valve that the CTIS is connected to? Finding a valve core in a valve stem of a tire will cause the 5 flashing lights as the system is unable to sense pressure for that wheel....
Here is where the base/riser mounting plate was installed on my M925a2 by the unit that had it and is where I will be moving mine on my M923a2 to match so it wont have as much interference with my cover.
Also the pass side at the front edge on the side of the cargo bed as shown in this thread

If you have bows & cover then move the bracket DOWN to the bottom edge (that way the cargo cover can hang down...
I don't know about that.. you and I did it when picking up my 925....Although yes I did cheat and use the hoist on the back of my 923 to hold it up when backing up those last couple of inches! lol
