The PSC kit is for front or rear and includes the pump and steering valve.

Do you have any details on the water injection?
Did you order a kit or piece it together for the hydro steering? And where'd you end up getting the kit/all the parts? The cheapest kit I've found is the PSC for just under $900. I havent checked to see what the ratings on the pump are yet since...
I find what I like is having my F150 and deuce on DD duty together. The F150 is for short runs or to work since I don't feel like warming the truck up everyday. Plus when one is down you can drive the other. The deuce makes its way out after work/nights and on the weekends.
Keep in mind...
You do realize there's a big difference from actually looking at diagram versus having all the parts, placing them where they need to go, and actually installing everything when you haven't actually seen it in person or disassembled it from the start? It sounds like a project that will die out...
Interesting recovery! I picked up my 71 M35A2 w/w from a member on here, Engine5, a coupe months ago and haven't stopped driving it yet. Where abouts in Worcester are you? I'm about 20/30 min south I'm thinking of going up to NH in a couple weeks for some wheeling if you want to go. Could use...
I was gonna go to the last one in my deuce. You think you'll make it to the next one? Mine should be good to go. I have to do the passenger axle seals and rebuild a wheel cylinder and I should be all set.
Very interested in your steering progress. I would also like to add full hydro steering mainly for offroad use and the 395s I'll be adding. I cant see buying an air assit for $1500 when I could got full hydro for about $1000. I also like the idea of no restrictions of suspension due to the...
So far I have run Diesel, WMO, WMO/used cooking (75/25), hydraulic oil , hydrualic/WMO (25/75), used cooking/gas (50/50), used cooking, WMO/gear oil (90/10).
I like hydraulic oil the best but it mixes well with WMO.
WMO is mostly what I use and it feels more powerful than straight diesel...
Just be careful if the truck has been sitting awhile/old fuel lines because the gas, if there is a lot in the ratio, will loosen up all the crap in the fuel lines and clog the filters and possibly the injectors a tad. Your truck looks clean enough not to have to worry though.
I may try to get it running and drive it home. It is 200 miles away and I'd have to put commercial insurance on it and register it which might be more than I want to spend at the moment.
I was checking out some threads and I read that these engines usually just need the plug cleaned, wires...
I'm looking at getting an M62 and was curious about a few things. What is the rated towing capacity highway/cross country for this wrecker? Are the specs the same as an M816: 14/10 ton towing capacity and 17 tons curb weight? I've also heard anywhere from 1mpg to 4 with the M62 and the R6602...
I like the black. I was actually thinking of keeping my deuce black after spraying it as the base for the camo.
I'd like to make a crane that has access to all 3 sides and anywhere in the bed. Still thinking about what would work best, be winch powered, rotate while loaded and still have a...
They are napa filters 3511 and 3512. It's most likely the gaskets. I didn't even see any when i changed the filters so I didn't put anyback in. The filters don't leak though? Are the gaskets regular rubber ones and what do they look like?
The oil was filtered before and the gas was right from...
I changed all 3 of the fuel filters and now the truck seems pretty gutless most of the time. Barely holds 40 in 5 sometimes and now I can't even cruise at 50 on the flats. Is it possible I installed the filters wrong or could it be an issue with the bleeder valve? It was running great before I...
Yea, I figured ridiculously long ramps would be necessary to load a car but figured I'd ask you since you already have a physical set up made.
As for the the battery equalizer, if it is only rated for 20 amps, an electric winch would be way out of its capabilities. Seems as the only way to...
Excellent looking truck. I like that flat bed. How tall is the bed from the ground? How much longer do you think your ramps would have to be to be able to get a car on there? I want to extend my bed 2-4' to allow for a fullsize truck to fit in the back so I can have my F350 in the back to go...
I paid $2500 for mine, $200 for insurance apprx, $200 for registration title fees etc., put i think $50 in gas, plus $200 for setup for filtering used oils and made $225 scrapping some steel I had. So $3150-$225=$2925 and free fuel for life! :D I'm getting a hard top for $200, the bows and rear...
I'm going to be buying some parts from an M818 this week. I was wondering if anything from the Cummins multi interchanges with the LDT-465 multi? Such as the generator/alternator, starter, fuel/ip pump, etc.
So far I'm getting the hard top and the heater for sure. Is it possible to take the...
Here's the best I can do for a pic of it. I wish I could've gotten it before it sold. aua
I found one on craigslist the otherday. Althought not original it's still cool.
I also found an M35 gasser winch truck with a custom tank on the back for $1000 not running. I might go looked at an M818...
I guess I never updated the thread...it was sold when I called.
But I bought a deuce instead. :D
I'd like to get an M816 in the next few years and single it out with 54s.
