I see you've discovered 3 1/2 inch pipe doesn't bend very tight, especially on compound bends like around and under the frame at the right front wheel well. That's why I mitered mine, worked great.
Very nice. Can you elaborate on your rear steer system...hydraulic, electric, joy stick, etc. What are you using on the front steering. Nice truck, looks like A LOT of work.

I recently acquired a 5ton winch with the input shaft moved over to the drivers side. It was on a Deuce, so it can be done. It's under a bunch of snow right now. When it thaws out, I'll get some pictures.
Lock rings on the Inside? very nice I like how that looks. So you cut the centers out, flipped them, welded them back in and then cut and welded to halves together ? And got them straight? With no run out ? Wow. good job.
