You might try this. Chock the wheels and release the parking brake. Then go to the passenger side of the truck and stick your arm in between the bed and cab and grab the brake actuator lever (thing that has the cable hooked to it) and pull. you may have to grease and oil everything after you get...
That thing is fast! It's like 3 times as fast as my 109 was before I took the box off. I haven't driven mine without the weight of the box and the rear axle yet. I hope it runs as well as yours when I get done.
