Mine is still bad on the 816 and I just ran the thumb screw in for now and use the emergency shut down cable. If I remember 24 volt and you could check to see if your getting full voltage to it and good ground.

Yep but my local place Tampa spring and aliment could not do the Deuce as the did not have the correct gig. They could / did do my 5 ton u bolts. I found a place on a trip to Ohio to pick up GL parts or check in with Gimpy and they did them for my Deuce.

OK read you post #1 again my .02 your tcu program will not allow it? All sensors must be working on that truck engine and transmission to work correct. ? Does your truck have a winch?

I don't know was looking at TM 9-2320-365-20-2. Page 2-1450. and code 25 starts on page 2-1448. Code 25 sub code 11 oil level, fuse, batteries, output speed sensor. If those were good then from there it wanted pressure test or replace WTECII TEPSS. Hope I don't confuse this maybe simple thing...
