This reinforces the idea that the axle vents are clogged.
With the vents removed from the axles, it should stop forcing the lube out. The exact same thing happened to me when I picked up my truck. Drove from Atlanta, GA to central NC...In SC, I discovered the gear oil mess! Once you get...
You can still use different fuels with the FDC bypassed. The FDC doesn't make it a Multifuel engine, the engine itself does. IMO, It's better to keep it bypassed then to risk fuel getting in the oil.
OD Iron has New replacement bushings or new complete rod assemblies.

You will need a good shop press if you went for bushing replacement.
IIRC, the dual system had one piston/circuit for the front axle and the second piston/circuit for both rear axles.
What's everyone's typical brake pedal height?

We are talking about the same thing. Two different names for the same thing...

Here's a 350 Ft/Lbs stick with 3/4" drive...
The "in" bolt is hollow to allow the oil to flow from the remote filter directly into the "post filter" oil channel/path. It's the same flow pattern that the stock filters take (through the hollow canister bolt).
The "out of engine" adapter bolt is not drilled all the way through. It is...
Mid June, I received OD Iron's remote oil filter kit to install and get some hours on the setup. As long as it isn't predicted to rain, I drive the Deuce approximately 40 miles a day...The hours quickly add up.
The kit is very complete and easy to install. It comes with a generous length of...

RE: GL
Beyond the odometer (which may have been replaced in the past), how was the truck overall? It might be worth getting and avoid the hassle of trying to get your money back. I think you will have a very, very hard time getting 100% of your money back. You could always try reselling it...
Well, rdixiemiller made compressor wrenches for $25. He might still have more? It looks like Saturn Surplus has the front part of the pulley assembly for $22.50, NOS. Saturn is (717) 692-9500

My deuce is my daily driver (unless it's going to rain). It's @2500-2600 RPM - 55ish MPH for the bulk of the trip each way. It seems to be holding up fine. I never go past 2600 RPM. I will report back here if I have any...

I have two Walmarts in mine (plus a 3rd for 12VDC). No Issues. It's considered good to get two of the exact type that were manufactured approximately at the same time. 2cents
