I don't see what the problem is. South Vieana is a small impoverished island country friendly to the USA, in fact their currency uses the same symbol as ours, but their "dollar" is only worth US$0.075, making that truck about $3000 in our money. It's a great place for a cheap vacation, since...
done that on even delicate knobs of electronics gear. works fine. You maybe able to use a 100-200 watt soldering gun ir iron to degrade the loctite enough to do the job, if you would rather not use fire.
Discussed this with Inland Truck Parts - they are an allison dealer and the darn things are very costly new. There is a kit to make it work without an electronic engine.
On the 1000, 6 speeds and a 0.61 OD with lockup is cool.
Note the HP and torque figures.

I still want a set of the OD Iron wheels. It would put me just under 13FT, which is the low bridge llimit.. Also give me much better RPM ease on the highways.
Why dual stacks, appearance? Anyway, I like it, very redneck truck. Hoo-Wee bubba lookit that! I'd suggest singling it with the big radials. for speed and MPG.

I've driven Sermis' deuce with the NAPA muffler, it was alot quieter, well below the ned for protection. That said, i have driven my own truck throughout the USA and although it's loud, never seemed to have hearing issues. The hardtop stops alot of the racket. Note the quieter the exhaust is...
Several tire services around here (DFW) will do it. They come to you and do it. I use Rick's Tire Service. Reasonable, and always does a good job, and has cheerful workers.
