I would grab a ground off off the block on the rear driver. Just clean it well while you are there.
I would also put on a supplemental grounding harness while I was pulling wire. That will solve a few future problems and may solve this one.

Pull your battery apart and put a good 12v charge 24 hours low and slow) on each battery. If it doesn’t crank then load test your batteries. You may have a dead cell.

Before I started looking for parts I would go through the troubleshooting procedure in the TM. You may end up replacing it but you will know exactly what needs replacing. It could just be a pinhole leak in a line.

I would want some assurance from the people doing the wrapping that it would get good adhesion. The bumpy chalky nature of carc doesn’t seem like a good fit with a wrap.

I just shipped an entire underbody protection kit from CA to MS for $155 bucks with fastenal. Took a week and a half. You should be fine. If they don’t answer you in two days call the 800 number and “remind” them you need a quote.
