Found some M880 tow bar plates.$30.00 bucks for the two. Found some double axle clamps for tow bars. $40.00 bucks for both. Also some NOS air tanks but there is a divider in the middle so it would need a extended drill bit to open up the divider. $40.00 bucks for one. As I said I will not be...
Faith. You did not remove the head so I would believe the collar is not stuck and sitting where it should. If you looked into the hole where the control shaft goes there is not much room on the top or the bottom of the collar for the pin to go anywhere else. Many have said the same thing how do...
Had to add this because you got me thinking and that is new to me. It's been 10 years since I was playing with the Deuce's IP systems. Sorry stepped up to the big boys. If I remember your FDC is bypassed so the FDC piston is no longer moving with the IP fuel pressure changing from idle 30 psi...
Yea you want everything correct and the pyro plus tune to your location. You might be able to keep the main where you have great performance but you don't want to lower the droop to much. If you have a boost gage would be nice and see how much you can drop the droop without loosing main. I might...
Yea when empty I would just lift up on the shifter to bypass any number of gears. Same with the down shifting if I had to do a quick stop and not do a lot of down shifting. Still like the T handle but love my M915A2 better just wish the dang Government would have installed factory air. Wish I...
If your sure your getting the Allen head into the droop screw through the end of the IP then yea it might be a little tight. Have you done you main first? The droop is very touchy so a little goes a long way. Clockwise lowers the fuel.
I don't believe there would be knock offs but what I look for is all the ports are in the same place. I did my MTV and got a NOS one cheap from a member here and all I had to do was add a bushing to the control line port. All my lines had the correct length and hook up with no problem. If the...
Existing pressure? I have changed a lot of spark plugs, injectors and or glow plugs and never found them to be under pressure. You really believe a motor that has sat for a days still has compression. Lets say it does. You open up the compression release and release the compression and close the...
Now I am wondering where is the leaver for the compression release? The small engine I have it is on the the head. Is this one on the handle bars? Does the bike have kick start? It makes no sence to release compression if your not trying to start it. The compression ratio has to be high on the...
If it is like any other small diesel compression release it closes it's self. Don't know your set up but leaver in open position and hit the starter. Compression will close it and if it does not start open it again before cranking the second time.
The fuel barge I work on had a small two...
