I have the complete nos drivers door $400.00. Anyone have the nos passenger doors?
I have the complete nos springer seats top and bottoms cushions with frame work $80.00
I still have NOS Hemtt air ride seats $300.00 and not going to bring anything if not spoken for. I still have NOS camo cab...
In most cases the compressor feeds the air dryer then to the wet tank / primary tank. Is your air dryer in and out pressure the same. Then go to the wet tank and look for a one way valve. Then work you way to all other tanks.
Looks like what we are trying to do is keep the felt ring saturated with oil. That way it lubes and keeps the bore clean with every stroke. I will stick with air tool oil. If at all possible the best thing if not and air dryer would be a water trap on the air-pak supply line. If we go buy the pm...
I remember the great looking real nice lady that sat on the wing while we worked. Tring to act cool as I always do all that I could say to myself was don't screw up don't screw up. Got lucky no problems with my operating skills but no phone number.
I posted the pics here on SS but I lost all mine when the old puter crashed. Guess you could say I have got my hands dirty on a Radical engine and troubleshooted on a fighter jet engine.
Don't know if you still have the same pilot for the B-24. It's been years ago at the Keystone air park in Keystone Fl. but I helped and use my M816 to change out one of the engines. Even helped to wrench on her plus my free ride and it was very cool.
Yea the problem with that diaphragm is it has a metal plate built into it so it is not a standard all rubber diaphragm. I got lucky and had extra parts truck.
Are you sure you intank pump is running. When you open the bleeder that is between the secondary and final fuel filters it should be squirting out at 4-6 psi. You just have to crack it just a tad till you see fuel /air bubbles coming out. Don't open it up all the way and start old faith full.
When I posted I was not thinking A3. Yes try and go neutral to reverse and I bet it will disengage. The air cylinder is a pain to get off so if it does in gage I would leave that alone for now.
Bob what was the other military wheel that fit right on the front. The MK48? it can be run with the HEMTT rims and 1600 on the rear because the size is just about the same if you want super singles.
Still have to grind away some drum for them to clear the valve stem.
I bought some reconditioned wheels and 11x24.5 tires and the wheels were still not correct. They did not have valve stem problem but they also hit the drum just a tad and did not seat completely up to the drum. They looked...
Yea when I did the HEMTT rim and 1600 I had to grind down the front drum on the 920. The rear axles don't need it done. Feels really weird grinding off metal on something that is there to stop you. I sold the truck but replaced the front drums and put the stock wheels back on. Lucky I had two...
Are you letting off the throttel or hitting netrual. Don't think it will disengage under drive line load.
That plunger /piston is spring loaded so just needs air to ingage.
