    Wiper Arm Help

I have the Saturn Surplus wiper arm. I can't figure out how the new arm connects to the modern wiper blade. Does anyone have a picture of the Saturn arm connected to the provided wiper blade?

Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue

That's a great idea guys. I will investigate the fuel cut off. I am a bit under the weather, so I'm not going to work on Wednesday. :) Hopefully I will feel well enough to continue checking the system Wednesday afternoon!

Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue

The in-tank pump does work. I have not checked its pressure output with the gauge. It will produce a strong stream of fuel when priming the fuel system. I will check the engine off-pump on pressure. Has anyone actually had to check their fuel pressures before? I hope my truck didn't act...

Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue

Re: RE: Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue Right. It reaches ~2600 RPM at 55 MPH. At 1800 RPM and up seems to be the down fall of the power. I forgot to add: I did up the fuel rate in an attempt to fix this before I checked the fuel pressures. I was thinking that it was simply the...

Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue

On the drive home from picking it up, I ran on 100% pump diesel. The performance was the same. Before I got the Biodiesel "refinery" completed, (I got excited and made it more elaborate then the typical setup), the deuce was running on pump diesel with the same performance issue.

Fuel Pressures | Lack of Power Issue

From the day I drove the Deuce home from Georgia, the truck has been suffering from a higher RPM range loss of power (About 1800 RPM+). For sometime I wasn't sure that there was an issue (Being that this is the only Deuce I have driven). It can barely reach 55 MPH on flat road. If you start...

Opinion of Continental turbo diesel engines in M35A2?

Ahhh! Don't say that. My engine is a White. Currently under powered at the moment. Checking fuel pressure right now...

    Diablo Build Update (pics)

Ah, well in that case, I may have a solution. 87-90 Jeep Cherokee with 4.0L engines still used a speedo cable. When Chrysler switched over to their power-train control(87-90 still used the AMC/Renix system), they changed to a standard electronic speedo. Anyway, not the point... On the...

A few questions from a newer owner

Saturn Surplus lists a NOS tach cable assembly. NSN: 6680-00-732-0561. Their web site lists it at $28.50. Very nice and helpful when I ordered. http://www.saturnsurplus.com/m35/m35-1.htm Saturn: (717) 692-9500

    Advice on Evaporator Housing Idea

Some Pictures... I wasn't able to do much this weekend... I had to work on Sat and it was raining on and off through out the weekend. Below are some pictures of the dash, muffler assembly and the A/C compressor.

    Advice on Evaporator Housing Idea

The firewall coating/sealing/blocking is a great idea. That will be done before A/C season starts again. I am going to ponder and mess around with some ideas and figure out a game plan. Unfortunately, I could not recover an evaporator housing from the donor car. I was hoping that it would be...

AM General and Kaiser owners sought

I have to correct myself. The pass side has the flat style. The driver's side is the round type. I didn't notice the driver's side until yesterday. :cookoo:

ANYBODY HAVE THE SAME EXP. WITH INSPECTIONS?

Re: RE: ANYBODY HAVE THE SAME EXP. WITH INSPECTIONS? Do you mean State safety inspection or a federal DOT type inspection. I can do my own safety. However, I don't want to have a sticker on the truck if a don't have to.

    Advice on Evaporator Housing Idea

The compressor is a york. I will take some pictures on Tuesday. It's nothing too special. The under hood heat is the big issue... However, at the same time, the fan should pull a lot of air through the condenser. I already have an entire A/C system (for free). I am always on a tight...

    Advice on Evaporator Housing Idea

I have finished making the brackets and whatnot for my A/C compressor. Compressor is now installed on the truck and ready for the next step... I am trying to figure out an evaporator housing. At first, I was planning on only having A/C with no heat. Being that it is starting to get cooler...
