I suggest looking at the Diablo build thread. Dman has installed a very solid p/s box in his truck. A FSJ box is an upgrade for an XJ (Jeep Cherokee), not a Deuce.

Well, I am going to have to disagree about the cooler. I don't believe it is being bypassed. The oil leaving the filters flows back into the system just before the cooler. I considered returning the oil to the port on the far left of your picture, however, I don't believe it will flow as well...

Does anyone know the flow pattern of the heater core in the stock heating system? How much of a pain do you think it will be to purge the air out of it upside down? I believe I may have to solder a bleeder on the (stock) bottom side.... I would just like to avoid that if all possible. :shock:
