Looks good. Have you asked the seller more about the titling? How can he have the "government title" and have it registered? You give the DMV the "government title" (SF-97) when you transfer it into your name. So... how did he register it, if he never transfered it into his name?

The stock battery setup uses two 12 volt batteries wired in series. You could get replacement 6TL batteries or just get some walmart batteries. I am using three batteries... Two in series for the 24 volt system and one for the 12 Volt. All cheap Walmart's.

The 1458 Filter oil filter does have an anti drain back valve. But that looks to be the only "upgrade" by using this filter. http://www.wixfilters.com/filterlookup/PartDetail.asp?Part=51458

Why do that? Why not just install remote oil filters for aprox the same price? Then you can use Wix's spin-flow filters.

I have the 90 deg with the flap, both pull cables, the switch bracket, the pull cable bracket, and both data plates for the pull cables.

Are your axle/trans breathers clogged? If the gear boxes/axles are allowed to build up excessive pressure, the fluids will be forced past the seals.
