I just got a new rubber floor covering from Classic Industries for my 1009. It also came with the pad that goes under the rubber, (I think they call it 'jute'). Pretty much like the factory. Problem is, the pad looks to be absorbent, just like the factory. That is the #1 cause for rotten floors...
Does anyone make a canvas radio cover for an RT524? It woud be nice to be able to cover and protect it when the hard top is off of the 1009. I could always have something custom made but it would be easier if one already exists for the radio. I've seen them before for other radios. Thanks.
Here's some before and after pics of my dropside box, sandblast, paint and swap. First one is the truck going in to get blasted. Didn't get a chance to get any while the beds were hanging from the excavator. :(
I've got some extra duece gages and would like to use them in my cucv. There is room next to the amp gage for one. I'd like to use the temp and oil pressure gage. Would these work in the 1009? If I attach them to senders on the 6.2, will they be accurate?
Here are a few pics of the 2" lift I put on my 1009. Components are Superlift, front springs and rear blocks. Also new shocks and steering stabilizer added. I also went from worn 31x10.5 tires to new 32x11.5 tires.
The before and after measurements are: (taken from floor to bottom of wheel well...
Anyone got an extra wheel for a 3/4T trailer? I want a spare for my trailer. It takes a 9x16 tire. I believe the M37's used the same 5 lug rim.
I also need the rear landing leg for the same trailer. Thanks.
Yesterday I replaced the original fuel pump in my 1009. I started the blazer and ran it for about 10 minutes, then shut it off, no problems. This morning I went out to start it again and noticed the oil pressure light was on along with one of the gen lights. WTF? I put the key in and turned it...
I've got a patial cold weather kit for my 1009. I am just running the coolant heater. The control box runs the coolant heater and a heater for the batteries. I have the harness for the coolant heater but the manual shows the power connections are branched from the harness that goes to the...

Any comments on fit, finish, quality, durability? Thanks
There are two M1009's there and I would like to bid on one. The sale starts next week. Is anyone going there to screen something and could you check them for me? Let me know. Here are the links.

Heres a bit of info that might come in handy.
Over this past year, I have seen 3 CUCV's at the DRMO that have all had broken/cracked t-cases. The last one I picked up had this problem. I was talking to the trans shop about this, and he said it is usually caused by the front drive shaft spline...
I just picked up a 1009 and it is missing the rear driveshaft. Are the civilian blazers the same? Is there a difference between shafts from a diesel and a gas blazer? Last question, does anyone have one with the yoke that they want to get rid of? Thanks.
Some of you guys were looking for a tow bar. Ida34 had listed in the classifieds that he was looking for one, but has since found one.
This is the medium. I don't know where this seller comes up with them, but he often lists the bars, and adaptors too...
I just picked up an M105 that has a chunk missing out of the air hose between the glad hand and where it attaches to the trailer. I can remove it from the trailer and remove the G-hand which leaves me with just a section of hose that I would think any well stocked automotive store could make up...
Well guys, it's here again already. Tonight starts our annual hunting expedition to the northwestern corner of Michigans upper penninsula. It's almost a 1000 mile round trip. This will be my dueces' first time up. Last year some may remember Pappa-g had a bent crank and was putting his engine...
