They all pretty well suck. They are a descent middle of the road tire. They don’t do anything great but don’t do anything terrible.

I agree with this. Unless something is creating an actual restriction in the intake air flow somehow.
To me this seems very strange. Systems that have nothing to do with each other are having issues as if they are somehow connected.

Start by unhooking your batteries and checking all your grounds and cleaning them. I would take the time to instal a supplemental ground harness while i was at it.
Once you have good grounds check your batteries again. Take them somewhere and have them load tested. Your other battery may be...
How are you verifying the temp? As you can see in the thread the factory temp gage is notoriously inaccurate.
Does your fan kick on at all? If so what temp is it showing when it kicks on?

I hope we don’t have to tread this ground in Mississippi but thank you for all the hard work giving us a clear path if we have to go this way.

Those tires you speak of are not on double bead lock wheels.
It’s been tried many times before and it just doesn’t work. The wheel was made to pinch the tire between the bead lock ring on the wheel the runflat. When you have no runflat there is nothing to keep the tire from pressing in to the...
No. You can’t. You need the insert to have something for the bead to seal against.
You may be able to get it in and seated but if you put it in any sort of bind you will have a flat.

I read all the info the OP wrote and thought “Oh crap, I have never done any of that!” I don’t remember it being that complicated.
I do remember doing exactly what you wrote though. That made me feel much better.
I am getting a little belt squeal at high speed when the fan engages. I need...
What are you trying to gain by chainring all those parts?
The cooling system works like a champ and in my opinion is very simple. Plus it’s reliable and if it fails it fails to fan on so you will keep cooling even if you have a failure.
