You will have to have antique plates to drive it in the near future because of the new clean air law that just went into effect. Which means you will not ever be able to haul anything.
I made a tool out of a cheep, made in china, pry bar. I used a dremel tool to notch the end and while prying with the bar, I spun the glow plug with an air ratchet. It backed right out.
Sorry to hear about the crash. After a couple of hard drive crashes I back my pics up to multiple computers, an external HD and DVD-Rs. Perhaps you can get one of your kids to mirror the site to a portable hard drive when you get it back the way you want it.
Details on how you dealt with...

Interesting reading but he needs more full sized pictures. there is only one proper picture on the site, the brown pelican.

The correct towbar pin is harder to find by itself than a complete towbar set. I wonder if it would be just as safe to take shackle pins and drill out the hole to take the bigger retaining pin? Those are a standard item that can be bought at Tractor Supply or NAPA.
Now you have me wondering. Why was the ethics officer on here in the first place? Does he have any interest in MVs? Or is he part of some secret government organization that is going to hunt us all down in our sleep?
Reality check, are you sure you never ever logged on at work to check the...
I am sorry you feel that way. I thought we established that you did nothing wrong. What you probably don't realize is that we have proven without much doubt in my mind that anything at auction discussed on this site has a dramatic effect on the final selling price. For example the M35 with a...
I took a set off of a truck I sold. It wasn't that hard to do but I also swapped out the hard top with the one on my keeper truck because it was a lot nicer. I think the top has to come off to get to some of the mounting bolts. I didn't reinstall the old wipers and it looked like it might be...
Please don't limit this to just the HMV itself. This change also relates to parts for the vehicle. Also a lot of us collect other tactical gear in addition to the HMV. I also like communication and field medical gear.
I would like Mike to confirm that the original post with just the pictures asking if that was the complete kit did not violate the rules. It is the discussion afterwords that is violating the rules.
I believe this was a second attempt. I assume he posted a direct link to the auction the first...
I have three, one sounds like yours, one will accelerate in 5th on most hills you will find on highways and one is in between. All came that way from GL. I am thinking the strong one has had the pump turned up too much to not have a pyro, the middle is about stock and the weak one needs some...
Did you get import or US made bulbs from Saturn? I ordered some from somewhere a long time ago and got import, lasted about 10 mins. when I finally got around to using them.
NAPA is not the place to buy headlights. They wanted 150 the last time I checked and you can get them from MV dealers for 20 to 25. It has been years since I bought one though, so if these numbers are no longer correct please feel free to correct them.

The first two links work for me but the last one doesn't.
