I had CARNAC research the vin on my M52A1, and it appears the prpoer cage code was entersd in the data base. Is there anothe way to tell the manufacturer from the vin? The vin is 643343 from and was manfactured in 1963.
TN Colonel is correct. Just remove the hose and take it to a parts store that sells heavy truck parts, tell them you want one like it. You'll have a new,safer hose an they are not expensive. The hose and fittings are the same as used on civy equipment. The same goes for other air brake...
I've looked at the hubs and they are set up different from the M35. Don't think they can be flipped. The manual here in the manual section shows a super single for this trailer, but I haven't been able so far to find any details other than size.

It's being hosted by our club here in Alabama the, Dixie Division. As far as I know the Von Braun Center has been secured as the venue. It will probably be discussed more in detail at our fall rally at Tannehill state park in November.

I wonder if the present city gov knows about the 2012 MVPA convention coming to Huntsville? Granted it's a few years off, but that might be something to let a friendly city councilman know. Now is the time for MV owners to get together and plot a course of action.
