TM9-2320-272-24-2 shows in section 3-221 (page 3-631) that you're supposed to discard the O-ring each time you dismount the tire from the wheel.
It's cheap insurance against leaks.
It's in the TM's.
(kidding!)
This is all I found: http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/pdmeps/DOCUMENTS/TrainingTools/1E%20-%20BMMP-Updated-Oct%202008.pdf
Thanks for posting that. It sure did look effortless in the M923.
I think I widened it a bit as I went up, meaning that my tires didn't fall into those holes and have to climb 3' of nearly vertical sand/dirt.
It was fun meeting the some new people!
We had three Pinzgauers (Yannick, Chris (no handle?) and ???) and a genuine military HMMWV (Nelson?) show up. I didn't get many pictures as I was in the seat a lot of the time. If anyone has pics, post them up!

I removed the vents from mine, as well. Each gave a healthy breath as I removed them.
When I blow threw the vents, it takes about 1 or 2 psi to make them open. Trying to suck on them (tasty!) Does nothing. No air comes in.
I haven't put them on a vacuum pump to see if air can...
Great write up!

I think your winch is bigger, though.
I had a leak at one of the rears. It wasn't the seal particularly, but the plastic collar (called a sleeve) that separates them. It grendaded. My best guess would be that my spindle nut wasn't tight enough causing a bit of a wobble. The smaller (outer) nut came off with a large pair of...
